The price was excellent for the location, and it was only about a 15–20 minute walk to the train, making it easy to get into the city. « Très bien situé malgré que le quartier soit excentré 45 minutes de transport en commun pour atteindre le centre ville. Cependant la station de métro de la ligne bleu est a 5 minutes de marche. Il s'agit d'un beau quartier très sécure et avec tous les services à proximité. Les communications avec les propriétaires sont cordiales et efficaces. Le seul bémol sont les marches qui permettent d'accéder au matelas de la deuxième chambre qui sont exiguës et qui pourraient ne pas convenir à certaines...
