Appartements à Station de métro Austin

« J D is a good communicator and he anticipated a problem w our check out and fixed in advance. Thanks JD!! »

« The host responded quickly to my requests. Apartment was clean. Kitchen well stocked with cooking, utensils, spices, etc. He registered my car so I coiud park on the street without any problem. Close to the Blue Line stop to take the "L" into downtown Chicago. »

« This second-floor property provides convenient access to downtown and comfortably fits six adults and one child. Although it is a reasonable, budget-friendly option, some pots are rusted and certain spices have expired. We observed quirks such as door knobs that detach easily and a shower that is narrow and slow. The apartment is clean with linens and bedsheets supplied, and the wifi functioned well. »

« My stay felt homey as the accommodations were quite suitable. And the bed!! Definitely, go me rethinking my mattress! What a comfortable sleep! Centrally located within a 10 miles radius of just about everything as well as, the convenience of shopping, restaurants, banking, etc., being blocks away. Being someone who's recovering from a back injury, it would have been helpful to have been infirmed that there are stairs (wasn't an issue just would have liked to have known). »

« Charmante maison, meublée avec beaucoup de goût, dans un quartier résidentiel et très calme. A 700m de la Green Line pour se rendre au centre de Chicago et d’une grande surface et de nombreux commerces et restaurants. La maison peut accueillir 6 visiteurs sans problème : la vaisselle est en quantité suffisante et il y a une très grande table dans la salle à manger. La machine à laver et le sèche linge sont très appréciables quand on veut voyager léger. Petit bémol pour la literie qui mériterait...

« Good place for the price, very close to downtown Oak Park, which is hard to find. No issues getting in, bed was comfortable, parking is the typical trickiness of Oak Park, registering with the city but easy to do and well explained by the host. Communication from the host was great. The place definitely needs some TLC and basic maintenance. Chipping paint is coming off the tiles in the bathroom, a cat has gone at the edges of the couch, the wallpaper in the photo is falling down, etc. But nothing...

« “Home away from home” is exactly how I would describe the place we rented for the past four days. It was a wonderful rental property—cozy, comfortable, and spotless! The home is beautiful, very well maintained, and has everything you need to feel right at home. The owner was very approachable, kind, and responsive. Communication was excellent, and whenever we had questions or needed anything, the owner was quick to respond and helpful. We truly enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend this...

« We had a very good stay overall and would definitely consider staying here again. The price was excellent for the location, and it was only about a 15–20 minute walk to the train, making it easy to get into the city. The neighborhood felt safe and had several great restaurants nearby. The unit is in an older apartment building, but it’s clear the hosts are putting effort into updating it, and we appreciated the improvements they’ve already made. The host was also very responsive and easy to...

« Ali was great to communicate with. The lower level apartment is spacious and well appointed and was a good value for the price. »

« Parking was free and right out front. Great apartment and the host was great with accommodations. »

« What a wonderful place to stay in Chicago! We loved the well appointed kitchen and comfortable living room. Ease of use of transit and wonderful walking neighborhood made our stay so nice. We will return to stay again anytime we're in Chicago! »

« great place »

« Nice apartment. Great location, walk to both train lines into Chicago. »

« We loved our stay in this charming and spacious apartment on the top floor of an old Victorian Queen Ann. We are spry 70-somethings so the steep narrow stairs of the last flight were not a problem for us, as they might be for some. We loved the airy dining/sitting area under the tower and the generous furnished items the hosts left us. We’ll use this again! »

« Très bien situé malgré que le quartier soit excentré 45 minutes de transport en commun pour atteindre le centre ville. Cependant la station de métro de la ligne bleu est a 5 minutes de marche. Il s'agit d'un beau quartier très sécure et avec tous les services à proximité. Les communications avec les propriétaires sont cordiales et efficaces. Le seul bémol sont les marches qui permettent d'accéder au matelas de la deuxième chambre qui sont exiguës et qui pourraient ne pas convenir à certaines...

« Entry procedures were helpful. Apartment location worked well for our purposes. There seemed to be an unpleasant aroma in the apartment throughout. The bathroom definitely had a strong mildew odor from the shower curtain. An air vent may help. The apartment was definitely not set up for 5 to sleep as the couch was not an acceptable bed. There was no air conditioning, would have been nice. The overhead fans were noisy and did not work well. »

« Very pleasant accomodation. Forest park is a lovely neighborhood (my son appreciate the promixity of waterpark and playground).Parking is a real plus. Easy communication with the owner. Kitchen is a bit small. I highly recommended this place. »

« My family and I loved the home. We got to experience Chicago as if we were one of the neighbors. It was great. There was also a pickleball court across the street from the home. The home was spacious, safe, and the neighbors were welcoming. We love the experience. Communication between host was perfect. We would highly recommend this home to any family or group who needs a good safe home, a good experience, and pickleball across the street. Thank you much for a great time. »
