Circuit of the Americas Weekend Stay
Perfect location!
Sleeps 6-8 comfortably between the three queen bedrooms and pullout couch.
Modern 2000 sft. fully furnished 3br-2.5bath home in centrally located, very nice neighborhood in Central Austin. It is 15 minutes from the airport, 10 minutes from downtown, 25 minutes from COTA, easy access to Hwy 290 and I-35.
House is loaded: cable/wifi/Netflix. House will be spotless upon starting your stay.
I am the owner of property and will do my personal best to see that you have a very comfortable, enjoyable stay while in Austin for race! I am from New Orleans and hospitality is my culture. I look forward to meeting you and will enjoy serving you while here.
There is a $300 cleaning fee and a $1000 refundable security deposit. So the cost is $6300 to secure this property for these dates ($5000 for three night stay).
Check in is at 12pm on the 21st and check out is also at 12pm on the 24th.
Once agreement is reached, I will provide you a written contract via email to confirm agreement.
