Sliding doors pull in natural light throughout the day, leading directly to outdoor dining and a fully fenced back garden, ideal for kids, with a trampoline and plenty of flat lawn. Three bedrooms sit inside the main home, while the external sleepout offers extra space for teens or a small family needing privacy. From the village you can connect to every major route on the island, including Onetangi, Palm Beach, Ostend, Surfdale, and Rocky Bay. Buses from Onetangi travel past all major wineries, including Tantalus, Stonyridge, Te Motu, Wild Estate, The Heke, and Cable Bay, before continuing into Oneroa and on to the passenger ferry.
