Relax in this upscale contemporary home with magnificent sea views from the deck overlooking Putiki Bay and the Kennedy Point marina. The open plan kitchen, dining and lounge area open to two decks -one overlooking the bay with the other facing back to Auckland city and enjoying evening sunsets. There is always a sunny spot to sit and read, or a cool area to escape the heat. And a BBQ and outdoor furniture for entertaining and enjoying the evenings or just watching the boats and ferries come in and out of the bay.
There are local tracks to explore and the marina and wharf are within walking distance.
