"The door to my hotel room was too small for the door frame so there was a large gap at the bottom and the door was not installed properly so you weren’t able to lock the deadbolt.The curtains in the window that overlooked the bed and the entire room did not stay closed. Maintenance answer to that was paper clips to hold the curtain closed and they rolled up towel at the door. There was no door on the bathroom just rusty hinges and the bathtub was missing a piece of the molding so dried glue was showing. The floor was cracked and had gaps. One day while I was out, staff entered my room to leave a luggage rack that I did not ask for and to turn up the temperature on the air conditioning. Unfortunately, I was told by the property and Expedia that they could not move me and I was in a position where I was stuck staying there, but I would never use this property again.
