"This is my second time staying at this location, I love that their breakfast dining option, location, their shuttle service to the Universal park. Unlike my first stay, this stay was inside the main building and there were a few things I was not not fond of: the lack of air circulation on the floors made the air in the halls muggy and stuffy feeling, the mold on the wall in the bathroom which clearly is a result of the bath towels hook location. Those walls after each stay, should be cleaned after each stay and or the hooks for the towels be moved to a different location. Although we were switched to a different room, it was the same issue in the other. Besides that, the room was clean and the stay excellent."

"The pool was beautiful as well as the hot tub. The location was perfect whether you’re going to universal or Disney both aren’t far. "

"Room was extremely clean (I was able to walk without shoes on in the room— so that’s saying something.) Staff all very friendly, check-in was a breeze. AC was cold. Location could not have been better. About 5 mins drive from Universal, Ubers were between $5-10 each way. Free parking in the hotel lot. Walgreens right across the street. Will definitely return!"
