"Had a great stay very nice and the staff was excellent"

"Planned a short getaway to hike Mount Mitchell and this place could not have been more perfectly located to the trailhead. The Lodge is newly built, and ground are impeccably well maintained. The staff was super helpful. They even came by to drop off a lighter so the firepit could be put to use. They have a common use area with a ktichen and grills that can be utilized which is an added bonus as I don’t recall reading about all they had available to make the stay above and beyond expectations....

"This is just the coolest property!!! The location was absolutely stunning, with the expansive front porch overlooking Marshall & the French Broad River. Perfect for families or a group of friends that want individual bedrooms AND communal, shared spaces. It was pristine in terms of cleanliness & stocked with all the kitchen items you can wish for. "Really nice place! The property is beautiful. Great view of the golf course and mountains from our patio! Staff was very polite and accommodating. The only small issue was that it’s listed as a 2BDR, but it’s just 2 beds in the same room. Wasn’t a big deal, the kids just got to stay up past their bedtime. I would definitely recommend this place, and I plan to come back to play the golf course, which looked amazing."
