"Absolutely loved the hotel. The view of the gardens and surrounding hillsides is stunning. Only minor complaint is the minimal amenities. They provided 2 shampoos and 2 body washes. There was no body lotion or conditioner. Thankfully l had thought to pack some to take with me. Breakfast in the mornings was delicious and there was a dining room or garden seating option. "
"It's not a hotel, but B&B in old villa house. If you want to have some experience in Italian life in local house, it is a good choice. But it is not a hotel and so sometime you feel inconvenience."
"What a lovely place to stay. Not too far to walk into the centre. The staff were so friendly and we really enjoyed our stay here. Would definitely go back. "
"This hotel was a delicious find in a park behind Boboli Gardens. The rooms are spacious and the elegant decor gave a feeling of old world grandeur. The staff went out of their way to help make our stay comfortable. Iuliana in reception was so amazing and kind to my parents. Will be back for sure."
"It was great to have a breakfast option and we were pleased with it. Owner was very knowledgeable and offered suggestions for us in the area. The bus was close by so convenient for us. We also got moved to a nicer room with a pretty view. "
"Very friendly staff, the hotel is a gem. Dining and shopping at nearby Porta Romana are wonderful! Also so close to the La Specola museum we are in town for."

"The Market Urban hotel was one of the best hotels in Europe that we’ve stayed at. The room was large and spacious, with fantastic air conditioning. Our bathroom had a tub which is rare. The staff was friendly and very helpful. The breakfast offered was really good. The location was very central to everything Florence has to offer. Without a doubt, I will stay here when we return. "

"I spent 3 nights at the c-hotels Ambasicatori while visiting Florence to see the MotoGP event in Mugello. The hotel is right next to the train station, which makes it pretty convenient to everything in Florence. City is small and walkable. Checking was nice and staff let me check in early as i was traveling from the US. I got a room with a nice balcony overlooking the main train station. The area is active and noisy. This is not anything to do with the hotel. The room is quiet considering the activity in the area. Staff was pleasant and helpful for all my questions. I had a drink at the bar and breakfast one day. Both were good experiences. Thanks for a good stay!"

"However, was snookered either at the hotel or by a taxi driver. As I was almost out of Euros I paid by credit card at the hotel for a 4am ride to the airport. The taxi driver wouldn't accept that so I gave him my last cash. Not sure how else I could have resolved that."
