« Property was as described T&C's stated we would have access details 3 days prior to arrival but this didn't happen. We contacted host and were told we would have them on the afternoon prior to arrival, this change was disappointing and unsettling as we have experianced catastrophic failure with other rentals so either the T&C were incorrect or the host was mistaken in delaying either way there was an breach of contract outside of our control and was unexpected and unsettling as less than 72hrs...

« This apartment was cute and perfectly situated to walk to pretty much anywhere in the city in less than 20 minutes. Everything was clean and the check in process was very easy and contactless. The one con I'll mention is that the bedroom with the bunk beds is lovely, but the other bedroom with the double bed is very small. It's hard to tell from the photos, since there are mirrors in there, but there isn't enough room to put down suitcases and there's only about a foot of space between the bed...

« Property location - fantastic. Property condition - needs updating and a review of inventory and usability. Cleanliness - not good particularly in the kitchen area. Utensils felt greasy to touch. Description of property- misleading in that description stated a garden. No private garden available. Safety - some electric plugs held together with tape. Unfortunately although the property was in an ideal location it needs some TLC! »

« I don’t usually book private stays through Expedia, so I was surprised when I was contacted by the host externally for payment. Fortunately, Shannon was extremely kind & attentive. She was quick to respond & address any needs. The home was lovely, very clean, & updated. The wifi was okay, but the view at night was pretty with the lights of Belfast in sight. The only downsides were the less-than-safe shower, small main befroom with hot radiator touching the person sleeping there, & cigarette...

« Cute house in Belfast with parking place in front and garden, very well located : next to the Crumlin Road Gaol, 25min walk from Cathedral Centre, 10min by car to Titanic Belfast, busses & shops around. The house gets all you need and the owner really worries about all you could need to spend a perfect holiday in his place. To recommend ! »
