Cleanliness , staff all excellent. Didn’t breakfast there but dining area clean and bright and smelled good. No parking on site which was disappointing but they operate a vallidation of parking ticket from the Go Park Great Northern multi storey opposite the hotel. Don’t how that works if you’re in and out of it a lot. Great location for city centre, trains, buses. Lots of places to eat and Tesco Expresses, Greggs etc.

This hotel was very nice and only a 4 minute walk from the Belfast Central Station. There was a lot of construction in the area, but there was plenty to do and see within walking distance. We arrived around 10am and they already had our room ready, so we were able to store our luggage in our room and leave for our afternoon tour. The food in the downstairs restaurant was pricey, but good.

The hotel is in a great location. Only minutes to walk to City Hall and Grand Central Station. The staff are extremely friendly and helpful. The breakfast buffet was really good, it can be very busy in there if you turn up the same time as a tour group. I would definitely recommend a weekend in Belfast and this is a brilliant hotel to stay in.
