"Well communicated contactless check in, beautiful property and rooms, cute little town, and the breakfast was good! Coffee was great, Charlie makes a great flat white! Parking can be a little bit of a nuisance, and like many historical properties no elevator so if you need help with your luggage plan ahead as the property is not always staffed. Lovely. Also Forrest Park is not to far down the road if you would like a lovely walk around the lake. the Parson's Nose is quite good as a dinner option...

"This is our second stay and we returned based on how good our first stay was. We were right to return :-) The staff are very relaxed and very helpful. I found the place a little oasis of calm in the centre of bustling Belfast. The bar and restaurant are great to use and the late breakfast is welcome flexibility. The rooms are relatively small but well appointed. The showers are great! We loved our second stay and would recommend anybody to try it out"

"Staff were wonderful very pleasant and they accommodated an early check-in for me which I am very grateful. Hotel itself could use a bit of an update. Mould smell when coming off the lifts was quite pungent. My room had a fault in that the keypad to keep room lit was faulty and had to be adjusted many times to keep the lights on. Water also had to run along time before getting hot enough to shower. Overall, it was still a pleasant experience. The candle by the bath and turn down service were a nice touch. Wonderful location, I would still stay again despite the few complaints. Again, the staff were lovely."

"I celebrated my birthday and the staff left me a lovely treat in my room when I arrived. Check in was very easy, the room was clean and with lots of views. The hotel is located across from the titanic museum and was easy to get to via bus and taxi. The breakfast is delicious, and hot, I wanted a bagel to go and the staff provided me with a container so I wouldn’t have to shove it in my pocket. The bar/restaurant staff were also very helpful, the food selection is great and good options for drinks. The area is quiet at night, and safe. I enjoyed my experience and would book this location again."

"Brilliant staff very helpful. Hotel was spotless its to be commended. Big bed and very comfortable. I do drink a lot of coffee and the canned water being free was a bonus. 1 can 1 cup ratio.belfast coffee bags were lovely. Breakfast was very nice,buffet style but the waiting team were always on hand to help. 3 cup pot of coffee each when we sat down plus it was good coffee. We stayed 1 night and we will be back as we didnt get to explore all of the wonders that this beautifully decorated and Titanic themed hotel has to offer. We, my wife and i thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Plus i got to keep my bedroom slippers lol"
