« I'm still not clear whether this was a Vacasa or VRBO reservation. I checked in at 4:00 and was instructed to use a code to enter the building; no code was provided, which was not a problem since the door to the building was unlocked. However, when I returned later that evening, the building was inaccessible. I contacted Vacasa who sent the check-in instructions and they informed me that they no longer were managing the property???? So they could not help me. We had to wait outside for 30...

« We appreciate the wonderful location that made walking into town so easy. The home itself was very clean and had every amenity you could think of. The beds and pillows were very comfortable. Since the property required a FOB access before you can gain entry and use the SMART lock for entry to the rental, our check-in was delayed until we contacted the manager several times to retrieve the code. We had a problem with the SMART lock. I believe the battery on the unit died or the unit malfunctioned. This prevented us from locking the rental anytime when we...
