The staff were very helpful & pleasant especially the Bistro staff were very helpful . The room was good but the sink was clogged , the manager said will send maintainance take care of it & reported later that it was taken care of it but we discovered that it was not & had to change room the next day which was inconvenient. I believe the house keeping should have reported this issue before since they supposedly cleaned the room.

The hotel is clean, however there were no towels in our room, tried calling the room service no answer, when someone answered the call, he asked us to come and pickup at the reception area. Instead of body wash at the shower area, they placed Hand wash dispenser. I guess they didn’t have enough staff(s) to double check if the room is ready for guests access.

Self checkin was easy. The room was clean and comfortable. Heat and AC worked well when temps ranged from 40-75 outside! The facilities are older but well maintained.

Last 4 years I’ve frequently stayed this hotel since my son in UB. Room carpet was found very filthy & dirty. I’ve chosen this hotel because close to north campus. No improvement been seen in the property and room. I will not recommend anyone to stay here.

"This place is better than a back alley, but not by much. Weekend before Memorial day boiler still on and the room was 85 degrees had to open the door windows turn on the air it did not cool down until the next night. Cockroaches, they do not change the sheets inbetween guest, only thing the guy cleaning ..."
