It was clean, had washer/dryer which we definitely used. The gas fireplace was delightful, and the parking was right at the door. All instructions were complete and easy to follow. You have most all of what you need in order to cook meals at home. The trash facility was a little farther away than expected. The complex was quiet and didn't have any problems with noise. Check in was very easy and check out procedures are straightforward and simple. In the summer we did not need to check out heating devices and the air was cool enough that we didn’t even need to open a window. Highs were in the 70s and lows in the 50s. Our 3 littles all fit in the second bedroom, and we were really happy with the main bed. They were comfortable and relaxing. This has everything you’ll need. It could easily fit 2 couples or a small family. The only complaint we had was the upstairs neighbors were really loud, but the property manager was understanding and helped us resolve the issue when talking with the neighbor didn’t help. She was very responsive and made everything so smooth. The location is so perfect for skiing/biking/hiking at Angel Fire. It is easy to get to and the reserved parking made unloading/loading a breeze. The property has had some very nice updates and it was very clean. Sadly, both beds were very uncomfortable. I wish I was informed that the floor is freezing cold, in September, because I would have brought slippers. The room was also cold and wall heart was not helpful. There was no sponge or dishrag to use to wash dishes and only on hand towel to dry dishes.
