I like the hotels as far as it was clean, maniger was a hoot. Night manager no. Bed was VERY HARD!!!..MAID DIDNT CLEAN ROOM. HAD TO ASK FOR A QUILT TO MAKE THE BED SOFTER. so much.

The rooms were fabulous and I’d love stay again for longer. A bit of a hiccup with the free shuttle. I couldn’t find anywhere in booking or website where to meet the shuttle so rang the Baymont Inn reservations number and ended up with a lady persistently trying to upsell me rather than just giving me the information I was after so I had to be quite abrupt and say I wasn’t interested in extra nights, stays at other properties, we were tired and just wanted to get to the hotel. For others in this predicament the shuttle picks up from the passenger pick up area across from door 6. The shuttle also only fits 4 passengers plus luggage and there was ourselves and two others trying to use the service but because we had rang to clarify the pick up spot by default we booked the service for our group of 4 so the other 2 people had to wait for the shuttle come back for them.

I had good experience with Wyndham hotels until this time. By far, this is the worse hotel i have stayed. 1. The hotel is dirty and smelly. Dusts are visible on desk and table. During our 4 nights stay, we did not see the carpet anywhere in the hotel being vacuumed once. 2. The service is extremely poor. No (zero) house keeping. We had to ask for fresh towels on night 3. The morning call we requested did not come at all. the bed in our room was made with only one flat sheet and one thin bed cover, there was no blanket provided. 3. Breakfast was not fresh. Eggs and sausages were heated and reheated from previous days. 4. Facility is not well maintained. The elevator broke down for one day (and it is filthy). The faucet was leaking. We heard drilling noise ( something being fixed) at midnight and 3 AM.

This is a very dated property with a lot of areas that they could improve on. The one that would be nearly impossible was the noise within the hotel. We could hear both our upstairs neighbor and our next door neighbor start their showers and talk. The exit door was outside our room, which was of course extra noise, but someone has to stay there. There was only one outlet near the tv, so with the tv and cable box plugged in, there was no room for a computer (this is the desk area also).
