The gentlemen at the front were professional and polite. We checked in and the water did not work. I called the front desk and were quickly granted a new room. The hotel itself is old and rundown. Rooms feel dirty and old. For the price I would stay at a newer name brand hotel. In all, overpriced, old, dirty, great staff.

Suitable facility. A few upgrades were needed in the bathroom, but overall nice experience. Good hotel for visiting the Falls which are about 30 minutes away. Breakfast was great each day.
