« Our stay was beautiful, clean, and amazing. The pool was a HUGE hit with my two teenage sons, as well as the bay/canal, where my 14yo spent countless hours fishing. He caught bass, mojarre, catfish, and cyclid. In addition, we were lucky enough to see gators and manatees swimming. Our host was responsive when I had a question. Overall, the home was in a nice quiet neighborhood and is beautiful and clean with comfortable beds, a lovely expansive living room, and all the amenities of home! »

« Our second time staying at Matt’s place. He totally renovated it and it’s a Ben better than before which is hard to accomplish. An amazing entertainment home with killer views. We did all the cooking for our 4 night stay and anything you needed was there. Bed were comfortable and all the electronics worked flawlessly. Outdoor sound system was great!We will be back as the entire group of family loved our stay. »

« Very clean. We really enjoyed our stay while visiting with are daughter at FGCU. Went to Sanibel Island during our stay and had a great time. Upon arriving the pool was dirty and the property owner was very friendly, responsive, and very apologetic. He got a pool cleaner out the very next day for us. Very pleased. »
