"Good location for Terminal 5. The pod shuttle made my day! Rooms were clean and reasonably priced. Staff were very helpful and pleasant, but also loved being able to check in via tablet. "

"The shower is user unfriendly, the water is fixed in the wall and it is hard to get wet, also the shower is in the bath , not good for the elderly to claim in and out! As I mentioned earlier the time table for the shuttle bus is unreadable and far too high fixed to the wall for short people to use!! Overall not to recommend, but it is close to the airport! "

"We arrived in the morning and were able to check in right away. Room was clean and bed was comfortable. All the staff we had interactions with were wonderful. Only complaint was room was not soundproof. The person in the next room was arguing loudly on her phone several times during the night which woke me up."
