Paid extra for breakfast but my name wasn't on the list, I only wanted a muffin so the guy gave me one anyways but just a pain in the butt. Much prefer the buffet style breakfast every other place offers included in the price rather than having to "order" from someone.

Super fast check in - friendly clerk. I didn't get her name, but she welcomed us and let us know there was a large group of middle schoolers at the hotel too. If there was any noise after 10 pm we should let her know. There was none, but I appreciated her giving us the heads up when checking in.

We stayed for a dance competition. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Loved that the convention center is attached. And, the staff and management were tremendously helpful and accommodating... Would stay here again and again...

Our stay was incredible and the staff went above and beyond. When we were missing a microwave, we had one brought to us. When our card reader died and we got locked out of our room, they replaced the batteries. Will absolutely book again for Setsucon next year!

We moved a room because the shower looked awful. In addition the floor was wet due to cleaning (no sign in place) and I slipped and fell and hurt my knee. No staff in the area when it happened and it took me a few loud calls to get anyone’s attention.

The deal was with breakfast for two, however they were only giving a $10 voucher, and my eggs would cost $12. Coffee was an additional $4,50. After much complain and showing my frustration, the front desk personnel end up covering the difference, but the damage to my mood was done. :-(
Our stay was great and the staff was so friendly and accommodating. Thank you :)

There was apparantly an issue with housekeeping staffing. There were not enough towels in the room based on the number of occupants on my reservation and had to repeatedly go to the front desk to get towels. Also, no complimentary coffee. At average $250/night a complimntary coffee seems reasonable and what I get at other hotels of comparabe price.
The property was nice and good location. Rooms were comfortable.
I did not like that when we checked in as we stood there they upgraded another couple to my room and the hotel was supposedly full. The clerk was not at fault as it was her first day, but the supervisor working with her should have. When I check in next an error came up and it was that they did not check availability and gave the room away. After several minutes they did come back and said they had a room but it needed to be cleaned. So we had to wait. They offered no compensation for the inconvenience. Then they never came to give clean towels or even empty the trash. We were there 4 days. I also feel they should have complementary coffee and tea at least in the lobby for the prices they charge.
Property is showing it's age. while the public spaces and the corridors seemed updated, the guestrooms were outdated and in need of upgrades.
The rooms had a musty/stale smoke smell.
We tried 3 different rooms before deciding to cancel our reservation and go somewhere else.
We were traveling with young children. Checked in, changed them into swimwear to go to the pool. Pool was drained. Asked the front desk, they told us they had recently decided to fill it in and repurpose the space. Even the in room hotel info still advertised the pool.
Room had a musty smell. Seemed to be coming from the AC.
Found blood stains on the comforter. Staff quickly changed it, but not expected at a Marriott property.
3am fire alarm malfunction. Just not a good trip.

The stay wasn't too bad. Hotel was nice. Parking was not fun as there wasn't many spots left when we arrived. No trash bags for the little garbage cans in the rooms which I thought was odd, I requested to have joining rooms but didn't get any(which maybe they didn't have any left), and the rooms are definitely not sound proof!!!! We could not get to sleep due to another room talking very loudly and carrying on late into the night. It was not pleasant because we had to be up early the next day for a wrestling tournament. Not to mention it was daylights saving so we lost an hour of sleep. If they promote the rooms being soundproof then they need to be that way. Also, offer free breakfast at the least.

Thank you for your feedback concerning your recent stay with us! I can totally appreciate the inconvenience of a congested parking lot and noisy neighbors. While we do try to encourage all our guests to be respectful of others, sometimes its a battle we just do not win.
Our small trashcans do not have liners in them. It is part of a multi-pronged approach to Housekeeping that reduces our impact to the environment. They are, however, available upon request should a guest need them. I will review our hotel descriptions with Marriott as I was unaware that we were promoting soundproof rooms and will take the appropriate measures to ensure our descriptions are correctly portraying the features of the hotel. Thank you for bringing this to my attention.
Finally, Courtyard launched The Bistro in 2012 and since then has not provided a complimentary breakfast. We do offer many package rates that include breakfast allowing our guests to enjoy a selection of items from the Bistro for "free."
I do greatly appreciate your feedback and will be sharing it with department leaders so that we can improve the product and service we are providing to our guests.

My stay was amazing. It was so me n my wife could celebrate our valentines day. The front counter staff was more then accommodating. They even helped me with part of the special day. I had given them a few flowers to give to my wife upon arrival. my wife said they were so excited to be apart of this. Just all around awesome. They made sure i had everything i needed.

Was very disappointed in the conditions of the rooms I had. The furniture was in desperate need of replacement and drapes torn. Then after paying a overinflated rate do to a college football game being played we woke to find that there wasn’t even a continental breakfast. The only good thing was the staff was very nice and helpful. Would not stay there again.

Very nice place. Clean and modern, plenty of parking. I will look here first if I come back this way again. They could use one more sign to direct you into the lot when you drive in but that's no big deal. Top marks
