"It’s a great place with a beautiful landscape, the only problem is that outside the boundary of the hotel is not walkable there’s a lack of sidewalks"

"Definitely hard to find but worth it. Well planned with lots of lovely features. A simple map with your WhatsApp would help a lot. Great wine list, imaginative food perhaps one or two simpler dishes would be good. Great views from our terrace. The tap by the wash basin is not practical. Overall a great achievement by the owners."

"This is a lovely place once you find it - it’s a bit off the beaten track. Nice gardens and setting but nobody there. The housekeeper met us as we arrived at midday but she didn’t know which room we were supposed to be in so sent us away and said check in was at 2. Our room was big enough with nice bathroom and separate terrace which opened onto the garden and pool area. Another couple arrived about 8.30 the following night and nobody was there to meet them. Reviews mention wonderful hosts but we were there 2 days and never saw them. The ladies who we did see and who made breakfast were very friendly and helpful. "

"Great location in Altea for the sea front and restaurants. 10 minutes hike up to the old town well worth it. Parking free at the small station nearby. Some great restaurants in the town. The room was fine but needs a 5 foot bed. Bit noisy but not bad as on the main road. The shower ,wifi etc were excellent. Would stay again. "

"This apartment was wonderful for the 2 of us spending October away from the rains we have at home. Fabulous terrace large enough for dining. Fully equipped kitchen and everything needed for the beach. I would not recommend for 2 couples because the window of the second bedroom looks into the air shaft. Probably fine for a family with kids. We walked everywhere and never used a car. Sunrises over the sea everyday with gorgeous views. Altea itself is wonderful."

"We had an amazing stay and loved the room and the location. It was truly one of the most beautiful places that we have ever stayed. The hostess was very nice and arranged cava upon our arrival which we enjoyed on the rooftop terrace. We watched the sunset and sunrise over the ocean and enjoyed delicious breakfast. We wish we could have stayed longer. Thanks for an excellent stay! "
