Loved the hotel. The staff were amazing and location great for Benidorm near restaurants and the beach, we forgot there is a crazy size of Benidorm for all the party people. Very relaxing and the breakfast buffet was great. We would definitely go back and recommend it to our family and friends .

Breakfast and half board buffet selection was good, the desserts were just ok, nothing special. They (service attendants) really treat you differently if you don’t purchase drinks. The room was clean and fresh, but I suggest to upgrade with a balcony with the ocean view. If we come back to this location, we will do that. Parking underground is a bit expensive but it’s in a high demand area. The gym was ok, techno gym machines are bit old and outdated. The location was excellent, right on the beach and walkable to restaurants, shops etc

A fantastic hotel! Right on the beach in a great location. The staff couldn’t do enough to help and made our stay just right. The pool area and bar at the hotel are brilliant and the food excellent. Would definitely recommend.

Hotel is right on the beach front in an excellent location, just at the side of the old town with easy walking distance. The hotel is very clean and well presented, staff were very nice on checking in. The food was nice for both breakfast and our evening meals. We went in the hotel spa a few times as the weather was not great, the Spa is nice and relaxing with a small hydro pool and Sauna. I would look to book there without hesitation.

Excellent modern hotel with great facilities, in a perfect location close to old town. I loved the roof terrace and pool with beautiful views. We had a junior suite with sea view and balcony which was worth the upgrade. My only criticism is the food in the evening in the restaurant as I am a vegetarian and there was limited choice. If I came back again I would only do bed & breakfast.
