However nice terrace space with furniture did not get the sun during day for our stay December - January which made it very cool in shade despite 17/20 degrees in sun. Property had comfortable bed, however bedroom one requires more drawer space. Lounge was basic and a little stark as no curtains with limited soft lighting. Also TV was too small to see clearly (unless 20/20 vision) and intermittent signal from wi-fi causing...

"We were in this apartment for 11 days and enjoyed the stay very much. The apartment was very clean, had a good location and was well equipped. The kitchen is large, has a washing machine, two hobs and also a microwave. You can spend 11 wonderful days here and you also feel comfortable. The bathroom and the balcony are great and overall you can only recommend this apartment. We will be happy to come back one day and we hope the next tenants can also enjoy a stay."

"Declan was amazing and helped us through the checkin along with paces to eat in the area. There is a small market and pharmacy a block away that will have what you need. The large grocery store is just minutes by car or a short 15-20 min walk. The master bedroom is perfect on the ground floor so no stairs. "We had a very relaxing and peaceful four week stay in Tropicana. The grounds are well maintained and we swam in the pool most days. The location is really good, close to a gym, shops and the beach and 15/20 minutes walk into central Denia. (We didn’t need a car.) The property was clean and adequately furnished. Helena and Diana were very easy to deal with and very responsive when we had a minor issue on the first day. We recommend this property and Helena and Diana’s services."

"The pictures on the website are misleading of the property you might end up staying in. Our accommodation was more like a garden summerhouse. It was clean but very tired and not equipped at all. The three towels were all hand towels. Staff were friendly and very helpful, especially when trying to use the terrible WiFi. We didn’t have time to use it but the pool looked lovely. The cafe served a nice basic breakfast. Great location near the beach. "
