Private: property 826 m2 (fenced), swimming pool (8 x 4 m, seasonal availability: 01.Jan. - 31.Dec.) with internal staircase. Outdoor shower, terrace, barbecue, parking at the house. Shop 3 km, grocery 3 km, supermarket 3 km, restaurant 4 km, bus stop 3 km, sandy beach "Playa L'Ampolla" 7 km, rocky beach "Cala del Moraig" 2 km. Sports harbour 7 km, marina 7 km, golf course (12 hole) 10 km. Nearby attractions: Aqualandia, Mundomar, Terra Mítica, Terra Natura, Benidorm Palace (Benidorm), Les Fonts de l'Algar, Castillo de Guadalest. The owner does not accept any youth groups.
