« Great location if can bare the noisy bars opposite so ideal for fun parties. Communication was terrible at times from property owners , all emails in Spanish asking for a deposit after booking , all of this should be done is Expedia not by external emails. Trying to get the keys was a pain as there was no contact from the. Vendor despite multiple emails and phone calls, info wasn’t given until the day before the stay. Other than that, you get what you pay for. Cheap and cheerful, ideal...

« Clean and tidy. Close to the old town, Parque Elche and Poniente beach. We received a text on WhatsApp from Chorrol apartments with the codes for entry and the key box. Very tiny lift, just about squeezes 2 people in. 180kg max. But reliable. It is spacious and has everything we need. Includes hob, kettle, dishwasher, washing machine, clothes airer, ironing board and iron. Sleeps up to four. A comfortable double and a single bed in the one bedroom. A sofa bed in the lounge. Shower room...

« I informed Benidorm booking that I would be arriving late and they assured me their office was open to midnight which was contrary to the opening times published. I arrived at the office at 10.30pm to find it closed. I rang the emergency number and nobody answered. We were left with no way of accessing the apartment and had to find a hotel to spend the night in until the office opened the next day. There was no apology staff member was rude and dismissive. I would never use them again.There was...

"Superbe, très belle hôtel, au centre, mais le ménage n’est pas fait dans les chambre, sachant que on rentre de la plage plein de sable, nous avons pas de balai à disposition, Les lit du drap ne sont pas changer durant toute la semaine je trouve aussi un peu moyen … J’ai remarquer ça car j’avais fait une mini tache de maquillage et pendant 1 semaine elle n’a pas bougé.
