"I just wanted/needed rest and peaceful getaway. The fire alarm chirped in the middle of the night, called emergency number when removing batteries didn’t work and stood on chair while talked through disconnecting. Heater didn’t work. Turned off at first as room was like a sauna. Turned on second night, no warm air, slept in layers. I’m a 62 year old woman with my service dog and put in a room next to entry with everyone walks by right by. I left on tears"
