"The front desk could be a little more friendly. The rooms smell like cigarette smoke. The rooms could use a lot of updates. The smoke detector needed new batteries. I suppose it was ok for the location to the casino. "

"It was a great place to stay you could see and see the great Smokey Mountains from the run and also right in front of the Hotel there was area that is made for walking or riding your bike on. We walked everyday while we were there. The only thing about the hotel there is no pool or a coffee pot in your room but you can go to the office and get coffee thru 10pm. "

"The check in process took forever. The lady at the front was friendly but new and had no idea what she was doing. While standing there and she was calling for help i watched german roaches climb on the desk through her folder holder. Once we got to our room it was ok. Cleanish...shower was gross. Ashtray out on back porch was full of used cigarettes and the seats were very worn in. Will not stay here again. "
