"Outstanding stay at Tokyo Bay Shiomi Prince Hotel – highly recommend! We stayed at Tokyo Bay Shiomi Prince Hotel from August 1 to 14, 2026, and it was one of the best hotel experiences we’ve had in Tokyo. The rooms were spotlessly clean and very comfortable. The bathroom was modern, well-designed, and always kept in perfect condition. The hotel is also surprisingly quiet for Tokyo, which made it easy to rest and recharge after long days of sightseeing. The staff were consistently friendly, professional, and helpful throughout our two-week stay. Check-in and check-out were smooth, and they were always ready to assist with a smile. Location is excellent. It’s only a very short walk from Shiomi Station, so getting around Tokyo was easy and convenient. Breakfast was another highlight — fresh, varied, and delicious every morning. Overall, the value for money was outstanding for the quality of the hotel and the length of our stay. We couldn’t have asked for a better base in Tokyo. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a clean, comfortable, well-located, and well-run hotel. 5/5 – truly excellent!"

Only gripe was that even though we booked the no smoking room, it had a very slight lingering smell of cigarettes. "We stayed at The Prince Park Tower Tokyo for two nights at the end of our trip and had a very nice experience. The hotel is beautiful, extremely clean, and the service was excellent. Everyone was very attentive, friendly, and helpful throughout our stay. The location is a little removed from the main shopping and busy areas of Tokyo, so there isn’t much to do or shop for right outside the hotel. However, the metro is conveniently located nearby, which makes it easy to get around the city. Overall, it was a comfortable and relaxing way to end our trip, and I would definitely recommend it."

"There were a few minor problems during our stay. The staff addressed them quickly and professionally when we brought them to their attention. One of the beds in our room caused me severe neck pain. It wasn't until the third day that my wife and I switched beds to test that it was the bed. We believe the bed was not level and we had to fight it all night. When she slept in it, we propped one leg up so it was more level. The staff gave us complementary late check out - it was the last day of our stay. Having a comfortable bed is a basic requirement of a hotel, even though this may have been hard to diagnose. The trash bin in the laundry room was overflowing. When we called this in, they took care of it immediately and swept up the floor. It seems guests didn't know how to clear the lint screens, so our first load in the dryer took a long time. There was no trash can in the laundry in the Annex, so we had to carry the lint through several rooms to get to a trash can. Having the subway corridor connect underground all the way from the station to the hotel was a nice bonus. It meant we didn't have to wait for lights or spend too much time in the hot direct sun."
