Super cool & very spacious room. Comfy bed and loved the shower!

The staff were all very professional and worked hard to make sure the experience was a "Gold experience" The lounge was amazing. The selection for breakfast and afternoon snacks were impressive. Our room was clean and very comfortable. We would certainly return and would subscribe to the "Gold Experience"

Room and location were great however the breakfast was not as advertised from the reviews l read. Continental at best. Breakfast rating is 4/10 stars plus the lineup was horrendous.

The room space… Very small for family of 4. No space for luggage. Location is perfect if you are having conferences downtown. Mall is across the street. The restaurant service is very slow. Overall it’s great for business people and for the location so close to the Roger’s Centre you can access the centre from the mall. Nice walking distance to Parliament Hill. Close walking distance to a lot of amenities.

The room exceeded our expe tations. The restaurant in the hotel is sooo good! Great vibe and the chef is very creative. Cocktails are delish! Staff goes over and above to make sure we were enjoying ourselves. We will definitely be back!
