Absolutely beautiful property and hotel. Breakfast was delicious and the restaurant both at the resort and sister resort were fantastic.
Only negative thing I can say is the pool which is beautiful was to cold. The ocean was warmer than the pool.

When we arrived at the hotel we were in distress as we had been robbed on the train from Lisbon to Albufeira. The hotel staff immediately set out to assist us by calling the police (the train station just ignored us when we told them what happened..).
One of their staff, Marta, drove us to the police station and acted as an interrupter. She spent 2 hours with us completing the report. Marta continued to go out of her way to help us the balance of our stay by recommending amazing restaurants...

The hotel was truly a beautiful gem in the Algarve. The vast property had fabulous restaurants, fresh amenities, a truly a one stop resort. The rooms were very spacious for 5 day stay. The breakfast area was so efficient that once I ordered my main dish, it arrived within minutes of ordering. The pool was clean and equipped with everything.
I will definitely come back and stay here again and again.
