The property is right in the party area of Albufeira, so if that is what you’re looking for - this is a fine place to stay. It was also a good size for 5 people and clean. If you are not ok with very loud noise all night - stay away from this area. That is not the fault of this hotel, just how it is there. Our main issue with the property was parking. The listing says it’s available but the lot was full the entirety of our stay so our choices were to park a 20 min walk away for the same price or to park next door for 40 euro/day (although that lot filled for our last 2 nights).

Only thing we liked about the hotel is the location to the beach and shops. Exterior looks great but the interior needs alot of attention. The units needs alot of TLC and you can hear everything from the hallways. The drainage from the shower is also very slow.

Very close proximity to the beach, pubs and restaurant. Friendly staff at reception desk. Rooms are clean. Wished we had a better balcony view to the beach - place is usually fully booked, I can't complain.
