The apartment has a fully equipped kitchen with washing machine, oven, hob, coffee machine, pots and dishes , children dishes and has an outside espace for the clothesline. It also offers guests a bathroom with a walking shower and a Bedroom with a double bed, a single bed and a sofa double bed in the sitting room . The apartment comes with sheets, towels and a safe. Accommodates up to 4 adults or couple with 3 children. The apartament is located close to the Albufeira strip and a 5 minutes walk to the Aveiro’s beach. The Forte the São João beach is just a 10 minute walk away from the Oura beach. The fisherman’s beach is a 10 minutes waking distance from the apartment. The Faro Airport is located 9 km away from the property or around 45 minutes by taxi. Restaurants, bars and supermarkets are only a 2 minutes away from the apartment . The apartment has also air conditioning, wifi and international channels. Guests can benefit from an outdoor swimming pool and a private parking space. If you enjoy golf then the nearest golf course is just a short 15 minutes drive from the complex.Public transport is also available in the front of the complex building, as well as taxis and a little train that takes you on a tour around the town of Albufeira . Die Wohnung ist sehr gut ausgestattet, besonders die Küche. Alles war blitzsauber, allerdings haben wir im Bad einen schlechten Geruch festgestellt. Wie sehr oft in Ferienwohnungen, fehlte es an Haken zum Aufhängen von Kleidung/Handtüchern (kein einziger Haken in dieser Wohnung). Die Angabe "5 Minuten zum Strand" ist nicht richtig, es waren 10-15 Minuten. Die Öffnungszeiten des Pools waren leider nicht erkennbar (Ende Okt/Anfang Nov). ##### Anne K. We had first class communication with Maria the owner but the transfer taxis don't seem to know the address and we found it better to ask to be dropped off at Sereia Oura da apartments . We had just two problems which we tried to get sorted, first the safe was locked and didn't work it only needs a key to open it and change the battery but the girl called Christina who manages things called once did nothing and although she was supposed to be coming back with a key and also to help us set up the TV (which we eventually after being in touch with Maria and a lot of luck got some channels) she never even rang us or called round for the rest of our stay.The apartment is in a quiet area , there is a small tourist train that runs around quite cheap hop on and off very handy.All in all if the apartment had a better local manager who was helpful and cared as much as the Owner does about her guests it would be greatSorry to have to write the negative stuff Maria as you were perfect, but I have be truthful. ##### malcolm t. Lovely to have had a balcony and appreciated not overlooking the main road. Nice and quiet at night. Pool was super clean, very apparent how staff were working hard to keep up the property. Host was quick to respond to any questions we may have had, and the unit was equipped with appliances that all worked well. Loved the simple yet effective coffee-maker! Beds were very comfortable.
