"Just returned from a lovely week at Porto Bay, our first time since pre covid. A wonderful relaxing holiday with great friendly staff and good food. If anything the food in the Italian restaurant had got even better and we ate there twice. As soon as we entered the hotel, we relaxed and had a great time. Sitting in the many cliff top areas, whether in sun or shade was wonderful. Can’t wait to go back."

"Loved our stay so much we wish we could’ve extended it! We stayed as a family with our 1 year old and we’re in awe of this property. It’s extremely clean and well maintained. The rooms were huge. The staff are also very hospitable, professional and we’re so kind during breakfast to our noisy and messy toddler. The breakfast is also very nice, we were pleasantly surprised by the complimentary mimosa bar which was the best way to start the day! If you’re considering this property, don’t look any further!"

"Resort was lovely with easy access to the beach within 3 minutes. Lots of different areas to sit around with many pools. Breakfast buffet was lovely. We were lucky enough to be upgraded to a suite. Would recommend and we would definitely stay again. "

"This was my 2nd stay here. A lovely place with kind, helpful and local staff. Very well looked after. I was made to feel at home, away from home. :) I like the way they upkeep the portugese algave charm throughout the premises. I had a fantastic seaview and is close to many restaurants, shops and bars. I am hoping to come back soon. Thank you for your kindness "

"Lovely well maintained grounds, large recently refurbished rooms with comfy beds, good range of AI branded drinks, buffet meals are freshly made with a very wide range of options and the free (pre-booked) Grill restaurant is well worth a visit. The main pool area gets busy and is quite noisy with music but the second pool area nesr the Grill restaurant is much more sedate and less crowded and you can also use sunbeds under the nearby trees. All in all a really nice 4 night AI break and we would definitely stsy again if visiting the area."
