"I booked 2 rooms one for 2 nights and the second for 1 night. I was charged for parking for the single night but not the 2 night stay. The phone in my room did not work and I took it to the front desk and it was never replaced. Finally on my 2 night stay no housekeeping was provided. I was told by staff the room is only serviced if you stay for 3 nights. While the staff was polite and helpful this property is in serious need of remodeling."
