"Expérience catastrophique dans cet hôtel. Déjà, plus d’1 heure d’attente pour faire le check-in, sans aucune organisation ni excuse. Arrivé au moment du check-out, même scénario : une attente interminable pour finalement entendre qu’ils n’avaient même pas de monnaie pour rendre la différence… c’est juste inadmissible. Le service est totalement dépassé, le personnel ne semble pas formé et la gestion est inexistante. On a vraiment l’impression de perdre son temps du début à la fin. Je déconseille fortement cet établissement si vous tenez à votre tranquillité et à un minimum de professionnalisme."
