The only blight during my stay was the appalling customer service at the gift shop in the hotel - I have never experienced such outright rudeness. I would definitely the Renaissance Downtown to people looking to stay in downtown Phoenix! »

« Loved having to rooftop patio, we spent a lot of downtime there. Location was great. A market was so close we visited it daily. The bands and loud music made it hard to sleep, but was great having places to eat so close. The security of the apartment was great, although not happy with location of the key fob receptacle. We left before sunrise and had to walk down an alley to put the key fob back. Didn’t feel safe for females to be in an alley in the dark. Property manager not promptly...

Seul bémol le prix du parking relativement élevé (25$). Par ailleurs, j’ai trouvé assez déplacé le fait de me facturer l’impression de mes cartes d’embarquement au regard du standing de l’hôtel et du tarif de notre suite…. »
