"Pool area: chlorine smell was so strong in pool area, eyes were burning and running. Had to ask for door be held open just to sit in that area. Towels: after getting out of pool and asking for clean towels for the room, it took them 4 hours. That’s right 4 hours and then it’s because I walked up to the desk in disgust that towels showed up, me were told several times that they were washing. "

"This was a perfect property to stay if you need to catch flight from Burbank in the early hours of the morning. The staff was helpful, courteous and friendly. Neighborhood sketchy but they have gated parking at night. I felt very safe as a solo traveler but would no wander neighborhood. Good Shopping and restaurants close by. "
