"The layout of the house was great. The king size beds were so comfortable. I loved that the had bathrooms for each bedroom. My only thing that could be better was the couch wasn’t very comfortable but we didn’t spent a lot of time lounging. Great stay and great location!!! "

The studio is small and minimal with basic amenities but it fit our style. Our host Felix was very accommodating and helpful. His response was almost immediate whenever we had questions. "This was a fantastic place to stay for me and my teenage son for Spring Break. Spacious, quiet, clean and in a great location right next to Warner Bros studio on a quiet side street. Whole Foods and several great restaurants are less than 5 min drive or 12-15 min walk away. Parking included. We loved the peaceful backyard with morning sunshine and lots of chirping birds. A little oasis! "
