Lighting is one of my pet peeves…light in ceiling fan of the bedroom doesn’t work. Over half the lamps didn’t have a light bulb in them. Carpet is stained and nasty looking in bedroom. Unit is located next to the playground which is great if you have littles but if you’re not an early riser, it’s not the perfect way to be awakened. Neighbors upstairs sounded like they were rearranging furniture most of the time but wasn’t bad at night. AC must be programmed in some way since I’d set it for 70 at bedtime and it would automatically stay at 74\. I know it could go lower since it was set at 64 when we arrived which was freezing. These are all little things that could easily be remedied. We were in town for our nephews wedding and this place was better than expected. The condo was plenty big for our group of 3 adults and 4 kids and it is located right next to the only playground in the complex which was perfect for our kids. The multiple pool areas and game room were also a big hit with the kids. One of the reasons we booked this place was because it is so close to the beach, but our kids were having so much fun at the pool we didn’t even go to the beach. Rajvir was a great host and very quick in responding to questions. If we ever go back to the same area we will stay here again. ##### Ben M.
