"The pool is misrepresented on the website. In reality, it was very small and the water was dirty (really murky). Furthermore, the pool closes at 8pm, not allowing for a relaxing swim at night, once I came back from all the walking. The pool and hot tub were a big part of why I chose your hotel and I was quite disappointed with it. I also did not appreciate the water pressure and the absence of a fan in the batyhroom. We also had to go chase an ice machine. Assult to injury, the AC in the second room did not work, leaving us poorly rested."

"The room itself was fine and clean but the bathtub was dirty with hair in the tub. When I washed the hair down the drain, I used my foot to move the water, not wanting to touch the hair and dirt with my hands. When I removed my foot from the tub and placed it on the bathroom floor, it left a water mark that was black and dirty. Pretty disgusting and not what I expect when I check in and want to take a shower. I obviously did NOT shower in that bathtub. When I went to report the situation to the front desk, I found that the phone in my room wasn't working either!"

"This property was definitely not up to par with their rating. It felt like they’re maximizing profit over actual quality. Right away the girl at the front desk was not very helpful, she seemed young but confused. When checking in we were not told how many rooms or how many beds she just gave us the price and wanted us to swipe the card. We booked a one night to room stay and she tried to give us a room with two beds instead for almost the same price as our intended stay, when we try to fix it saying that “these people came and want to leave now and want a refund they don’t like the price”, we called Expedia to try to get the issue fixed and every time our customer service agent will try to call she would just send the call to voicemail / hold without actually picking it up. The manager was able to accommodate us to a second room, but it wasn’t not much of an upgrade. Our room had patches that had not been painted over and the shower did not work at all. There was mold above the showerhead, and the shower looked like it was on its last leg coming off of the wall."

"I am writing to express my frustration and disappointment with my recent stay at your property. Unfortunately, the experience fell far below expectations, especially given the price point. First, the phone in the room did not work. I reported this issue twice and was told it would be looked at, but nothing was ever done. I also requested a noon checkout with the front desk, but this was never entered into the system. I had to go back the following morning to remind the staff, which should not have been necessary. There were also basic amenities missing. There was no small shop or convenience area available for guests who may have forgotten essential items, which is something I would expect from a hotel at this level. Additionally, I approached the front desk with a general question, and the staff member made eye contact with me and then walked away, leaving the desk unattended. That level of service is unacceptable. As for dining, while I did not try the restaurant, the menu alone was enough to discourage me. Combined with the location, which offers very limited nearby food options unless you travel out or go to a grocery store several blocks away, this created an inconvenience. I attempted to rely on Uber Eats and DoorDash both nights, and both times the orders were incorrect, and the restaurants did not answer their phones when I tried to resolve the issues. To add to the overall experience, motel 6 had better staff and amenities"
