"The staff was very polite and we had a very nice corner room with a great view. The bathroom and other facilities were clean and spacious. My family was very happy with the stay."

"Room was filthy. Had to track down staff to clean up an unknown red substance on the floor beside the bed. Floor had various bits of garbage like packaging, dental floss etc.. Surfaces were dusty. TV remote had visible crusty dirt. So gross! Sent a message upon check in but never heard from them. Left a note for housekeeping and they addressed most of the mess. Over all rooms need updating. Amenities like lobby coffee and laundry facilities were nice but room itself needs work. Won’t stay here again. Other nearby hotels are much nicer."

"This hotel was incredibly rude and unhelpful. I booked a room online, and when i called to confirm over the phone they said the booking was unsuccessful and i do not have a reservation. they are still charging me the full amount saying i chose not to show up for my reservation. Upon speaking to managers, i have gotten nowhere."

"The room was clean but the room I had paid for had a jetted tub, which ended up being unavailable due to mechanical issues. I asked the concierge if I would be reimbursed some of the money for the room because of the inconvenience (I was really excited about the jetted tub) and he gave me complete confidence there would be some sort of discount, he also offered me complimentary access to the Guest Amenity services and a free breakfast which I appreciated. However, he didn't actually give the card needed to obtain complimentary breakfast so in the morning after I spoke to the desk (after embarrassing encounter at the in hotel restaurant) and was given the card, the staff member was unwilling to discuss discount options seeing how they considered the free breakfast and guest amenity services enough compensation. I would've preferred the cash to the perks, and I also requested a toiletry that was never received"
