« This Airbnb was in a great location and served as a place to sleep and keep our stuff. Otherwise, it did not feel clean- stain on the sheets, hair in the bathtub. When we arrived, the lock box was set to the code already, which felt quite unsafe. The property manager had taken the listing off so we were unable to view amenities. I would not recommend staying at this Airbnb. »

« Great location, great value. Looks like it was renovated in 2017. They just missed on the details. Mismatched curtains, very minimal kitchen utensils, and some things that need maintenance. A little attention and upkeep would go along way to turning this from ok to excellent. FYI, that "brick" wall is peeling wallpaper that isn't lined up all that well. »

« The biggest negative issue was that the lock to the outside door to the unit was broken. Also, for some reason, that access door was left open multiple times. Security was by far the biggest issue.A quick trip to Target two blocks away would really help. For instance, there were only curtains on the bedroom - no blinds. The silverware and plates were fairly spartan. The toilet paper roll holder was broken. All of these items are easily fixable.On the positive side, the bed was comfortable....

« The apartment was fantastic! Location was so close to everything. The host was wonderful! At first I thought it was rather expensive but after staying there, I’d probably pay more than I did. Will definitely be staying when visiting Philly again! »

« The location is great. Easily walkable. Some difficulty finding parking close but doable if you give yourself some time. The place was clean and spacious. The only specific complaint is that it was cold and the thermostat was locked. »
