« It's a great location, with wonderful restaurants within steps of the apartment. Street parking is metered, so if you come by car, it's worth parking in a lot, but the neighborhood is really well served by public transit AND super walkable. The air conditioner made this July visit comfortable. In all, this was a great place for a week working remotely in Philly. »

« Newly renevated, stylish and very clean , and rooftop, sitting area had an exceptional view of the city. Great place for 3 couples as each room have its own bedroom and bathroom. »

« The biggest negative issue was that the lock to the outside door to the unit was broken. Also, for some reason, that access door was left open multiple times. Security was by far the biggest issue.A quick trip to Target two blocks away would really help. For instance, there were only curtains on the bedroom - no blinds. The silverware and plates were fairly spartan. The toilet paper roll holder was broken. All of these items are easily fixable.On the positive side, the bed was comfortable....

« The property is in an excellent location. We walked everywhere from there and the neighborhoods were safe.Check-in was clearly presented with photos; the elevator was not working. We had to wind around to take the stairs, but no problem unless someone has difficulty with stairs.First walking in, the place looks very nice just like the photos; as looking closer one notices wear, marks on walls with missing pictures, some lights that do not work...minor overall but one should not expect a...

« When we arrived, the building was inaccessible due to construction and road blockages. When we were finally able to get near the address, the building was open to the street with no need to used the locked door. We went upstairs to the apartments and discovered the the door had no deadbolt and did not always lock. When we messaged the property owner we got no response for hours, when we were finally admonished for not contacting them. When I pointed out that we DID contact them with no response...
