"Very nice room. "

"We stayed here in May of 2026 and had a great time. The property has excellent security but not too "in your face." The room was very clean, the water pressure perfect, and the beds are extremely comfortable. There are two restaurants at the hotel, an Irish pub and one serving Asian cuisine, both very good. (There is also small Target and a large Whole Foods Market that are about a 7 or 8 minutes walk away if you feel like cooking or just want to stock up on snacks.) And of course there other restaurants in walking distance. Speaking of the neighborhood - hotel is at the beginning of the museum district, you can walk to the Ben Franklin Institute, the Rodin Museum, the Barnes Collection, the Philadelphia Art Museum, and the main branch of the library which is like a museum. All are dazzling - actually a little overwhelming! Back to the hotel be sure to check out the rooftop pool and terrace, we got some beautiful photos and found it a peaceful way to end the day. Most of all a shout out to the staff. From the greeting when we drove up to the man who assisted us in packing the car as we left everyone was friendly and professional. The restaurant servers were helpful and knowledgeable. There were a few minor issues in our room that Engineering immediately fixed. The front desk staff was friendly, patient with our questions, and in general went above and beyond for us. Thanks to all for a great stay in a great city."

"The room had stick pins and needles on the carpet along with glitter, sequins and plastic pearls like from a broken necklace. Not just maybe in one hard to clean area, but the whole room. Stepped on one of the stick pins and ended up finding 3 more. The room couldn’t have been vacuumed. The bathroom needs repair since the conditioner was broken off the wall. So was the body wash, but that was nowhere to be found. Honestly, if it hadn’t been so late and I had to be at the airport at 5:30am, I would’ve switched rooms. I was exhausted and just wanted to get a few hours of sleep. Disappointed though because I chose this hotel based on past experiences with Sheratons and I felt like it was a safe booking :/"

"Stayed here for a conference. Staff not clear in their communications or helpful in general. Tried to charge me for early check in when I had paid for the night begore so that I could check in. Room was cold."

"Property is under construction. Could not get the King room I booked. Calling front desk is pointless, they put you on hold and never come back to answer the call."

"We booked this with the valet Parking. They dis not offer it when we arrived. Looking for parking was difficult and the closest garage is not close. Room was good... but bed looked remade and black mold in shower. We stayed here to visit an ill relative at Penn. It was graduation and all other hotels were booked. So we got what we paid for. It served its purpose. Wouldn't stay again."
