Hôtels 4 étoiles à Torreon à partir de 1 398 $ CA

« I booked a 5:30 p.m. spa treatment and told the staff at booking that my phone had no service anywhere on the resort property. While I was soaking, the spa called at 4:51 and 5:02 p.m. to say the therapist could not arrive on time and ask if I could move to 6:30. I saw the messages at 5:15 but still had no service to call back. When I arrived at the spa at 6:15, I was told my appointment had been canceled because I had not responded. I understand that a new time might require confirmation, but...

« The rooms are gorgeous and the location is very good to explore Santa Fe. Breakfast was nice too. Very friendly staff. »

« The staff was very nice but the hotel room was bad. The bedding had a bad smell and the bathroom was dirty. I left early and didn’t stay the night. »

« Not the fault of our stay; we arrived in pouring rain late at night, and the gate staff helped us get situated »

« The most wonderful place at which I have ever stayed West of the Mississippi. And, it ties with the best place I’ve ever stayed East of the Mississippi!! I will never stay anywhere else in this part of the country. There are no words for its beauty and serenity. The breakfast is beyond compare. I hope to stay there again in the years to come. Thank you for sharing this remarkable property with the world. »

« The property was very nice. It fit our needs perfectly. It was clean and well equipped. The location was great for activities we had planned in the downtown area and shopping was convenient. Outdoor furnishings were comfortable. The only negative was the traffic noise when doors were open or sitting outdoors on the back patio. »

« Fantastic villa. Stayed for 4 nights and the property was in a gated community and close to both shopping and dining as well as the ski slopes. »

« Quaint and cozy »

« Welcoming to pets. The only thing that I would suggest would be better equipped kitchen as far as coffe mugs, pots and especially a frying pan. »
