The maintenance office was very responsive to a problem we had initially with the AC. Laurie (Lorrie?) was super helpful. There was a sign stating it clogs easily, so no #2’s. 2). Hot water was HOT(once it came in), but it took approximately 5-6 mins before the hot water would flow to the showers.
