"Fantastic hotel, we stayed at the Callaghan building but used the main hotel for check in and meal times. It was spotless, staff were friendly and everyone in our family loved the theme. Hotel has own entrance to the park which was handy. Food was very good, huge choice at buffet. Drinks prices were very reasonable. Would recommend. "

"Nicely renovated hotel to a high standard. Let down by insufficient staff numbers on front desk and slow lifts. Also pool area will not be large enough when hotel is full. The daytime activities were too loud for our taste. Evening buffet excellent. Breakfast disappointing "

"Casablanca Playa was a fantastic hotel close to the beach and a plethora of other restaurants. Have the breakfast, it is healthy, delicious, and tasty! Don’t forget to open your sea-facing window to enjoy listening to the waves!"

"Big issue with Parking. It says available, but only limited spaces. I was forced to park 1 mile away on street parking, as many other guests."

"Great reception staff, very friendly and helpful. Good quality and variety of food staying on Half Board. Nice bathroom/Shower with comp toiletries.Comfortable and clean room, nice balcony. Due to no carpet on hallway floors, noisy at night. Would recommend street facing room as a lot of noise at night if pool facing. Have stayed here several times pre pandemic. Easy walking distance to shops, beach, bars and Port Aventura theme park."

"Lovely hotel, very clean, the food and staff were brilliant! The entertainment staff kept the kids and us entertained all week and Christina was a standout entertainer running events and getting people hyped up getting their certificates. "

"Staying at the Caribe Hotel was lovely. They had 2 pools to choose from, whereby one was beach themed. The food was really nice and they had a great selection. You could walk to the theme park which was ideal. The only downside was that there were no trolleys to help take your luggage to your room which would have been nice. "

"Minimalist style but quite attractive and pleasant. The hotel is very centrally located and minutes to the ocean on foot. I did not dine in the restaurant but it has a Michelin star. The staff was helpful and the desk people spoke perfect English."
