"The Pelham lodge is an excellent hotel in every way. We always receive a lovely welcome, the rooms are spacious, spotlessly clean with thoughtful attention to detail. Tea/coffee/ water supplied along with toiletries, plenty of towels and storage space. The beds are very comfortable and bathroom facilities top class. "Staff were friendly & helpful, bedlinen & towel were clean & fresh, the shower was very good. The room was spacious & well laid out with plenty of plugs usb sockets for charging phones/watches etc. Carpets & window frames could do with a refresh. Would stay there again. 😎"

"Very good a-la-carte breakfast. Nice location, close to the old town and few minutes walk from the train station. Complementary, delicious cookies in the room. Charming hotel and bedrooms, one issue is that water was dropping in the bedroom from the ceiling, from time to time. I notified the reception so I hope they fixed the issue. "

"Still a great hotel but things have definitely slipped since my last few visits. Slow check in, bathroom extractor fan not working, partially blocked bath and faulty lights. All small problems but it does point to slipping standards. I’ll give it one more go, based on previous experiences but might have to find another favourite hotel for my trips to Blackpool if things remain the same. "

"Unbelievably comfy beds and could have quite happily took the mattress home with me. Breakfast was yummy and the staff who worked there (on a Sunday) were all helpful and friendly. Only slight issue we had was a toilet that wasn’t fixed properly to the wall, felt like it would collapse at any minute! It was very unnerving! But would definitely stay at the hotel again 🙂"

"Fast check in. Staff were all friendly. Room was nice enough. Bar was nice with a goid choice. Also had an evening meal, which we really enjoyed. Would definitely stay there again, but wouldn't bother with the breakfast. I'd buy that elsewhere."
