Anyone could get into the hotel. The stairs to reception are very tired, stained carpet, needs a makover. Had an issue with my room, the staff moved me to a new room straight away. The room was fine, clean bedding, good pillows, tv, bathroom clean, fluffy towels. Guy on reception was really helpful. The entrance and stairs really let the hotel down. Its in a really good location overlooking the sea. I stayed at this hotel for four days, and overall the experience was just okay. The biggest issue was the condition of the room. There was very poor ventilation and barely any space, which made the stay uncomfortable. The room also looked nothing like the photos shown on the website, which was disappointing. The carpet, bathroom, and even the walls were covered in dust, as if the room hadn’t been properly cleaned in a long time. For a hotel stay, cleanliness is the bare minimum, and unfortunately this fell far below expectations. The one positive was the location—it was convenient and easy to get around. Access room so a large shower room. Sea view but windows steamed up so couldn't see out. The double glazing was poor and needed replaced. We had a heater which kept the room reasonably warm. Friends had the breakfast we didn't book it . The breakfast consisted of cereal, toast and cold boiled eggs the same each day.
