"Very good place to stay."

"Booked for my parents and grandma. The front desk girl told them there’s complimentary breakfast when checking in. My parents didn’t asked and it’s totally ok if they didn’t say so. However when they went for breakfast the following day they were told that it was impossible and nobody would give them free breakfast. As I said we understand we didn’t pay for the breakfast when we booked rooms and we didn’t have to eat at hotel, but the way they treated us and responded didn’t make any sense. Hope...

"It was disappointing that you couldn’t get something to eat for dinner. The rooms were hot, between 27-30 degrees. The rooms were tired, dated and in need of refurbishment. It was like turning back the clock 15 years. "

"The staff is pathetic doesn’t know how to speak in English not even a single person speak english in this hotel. And the room is stinky dirty and the shocking part is AC was not working in any room i changed 2 and they say to open the window if you are feeling hot. This is not a hotel this is a PG house. Strange never recommend any one who are coming for leisure and business and ruin there vacation."

"Stayed three nights. Location convenient to restaurants, hotel price reasonable. Front desk staff was very helpful and friendly. The lobby is a little worn down. The air conditioning worked super well to keep my husband feeling cool in the summer heat. "

"酒店很新，房間很大，住起來舒服。離很近的商場，餐廳很多，也好吃。訂的是含早餐的。如果是一份加200多的就有點貴了。自助早餐還不錯。"

Regretfully, because of the current economic situation, I do feel that the management had no choice but limit certain things, like what was available for breakfast. Since I did pay for that, I did expect a little more. But the room was fine, the cleaning staff did a great job, and should I return to Qingdao, I will book them again."

The subway and bus stations are less than 10 minutes walk distance. The hotel has a revolving restaurant on the 25th floor. The staff is hospitable. The building is old, yet room is clean and equipped with all necessities. "
